Rights of the Journal

Rights granted to WAIMM Journal of Earth Resources Engineering

The WAIMM Journal of Earth Resources Engineering has the following rights on articles published in its repositories:

  1. The exclusive right to publish and distribute an article, and to grant rights to others, including for commercial purposes.
  2. The right to apply relevant third-party user license where WAIMM Journal of Earth Resources Engineering publishes article on the online platforms of open access publications.
  3. The right to publish articles in any form of communication to enable its utilization on any latest technology after the publication by the journal.
  4. The authority to enforce the rights associated with the article, on behalf of the author, against third party or parties, usually in the case of plagiarism or copyright infringement or any other form that breaches the article’s right.

Protecting the Rights of the Author

WAIMM Journal of Earth Resources Engineering is committed to its authors and pledges to defend and protect their work and reputation all times. All allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethic disputes and fraud are treated with all seriousness by the Journal. The copyright of the journal therefore aims to protect the content and structure of the text described in the article, especially the experimental and results sections.

The author reserves the right to report any plagiarism, fraud or infringement on their article to WAIMM Journal of Earth Resources Engineering for legal actions to be initiated.
